*The beginning*
Audrey hepburn was born on May 4th, in 1929 Her
birth name was Audrey Kathleen Hepburn-Ruston. Her father,Joseph Victor Hepburn-Ruston, was an Anglo-Irish businessman-
who left home when Audrey was very young. Her mother,Ella Van Heemstra,was a Dutch baronness. Her mother stood by her side
throughout her childhood and career. Her father left home when she was 6 years old.
She began private school at age 5 in England,but then moved
to London because of the war.
Then moved to the netherlands with her mother where she
also attended a private school. Audrey had two half brothers named Ian and Alex

While vacationing with her mother in
Arnhem, Holland, Hitler's army took over the town. It was here that she fell on hard times during the Nazi occupation. Audrey
suffered from depression and malnutrition. After the liberation, Audrey went to a ballet school in London on a scholarship
and later began a modeling career.
*Career*
Her First big movie was Roman Holiday- which also included
Gregory Peck and was directed by william wyler -she won an oscar for her role as princess anne. This movie started her career
and she went on to do many other huge movies and was then on loved by every audience she enchanted with her poise,
grace, and natural and unexplicable yet undeniable beauty.

In 1952, she was engaged to James Hanson. but Soon
broke off the engagement.
She married Mel Ferrer on september25, 1954.
After many painful miscarriages, her first son,Sean Ferrer was
born in lucerne, switzerlan on July 17th, 1960. After his birth the marriage became shaky. The couple Finally Divorced
in 1967.
Audrey Remarried to Andrea Dotti in Sitzerland on January
18th, 1969. Her second son, Lucas Dotti, was born on February 8th, 1970. Andrea and Audrey divorced in 1982.

Audrey was given a Yorkie by Mel during the unforgiven.
She named it "Mr Famous" She also adopted a Fawn. She treated both like her own children. Famous was killed
in traffic. She was given another yorkie, Assam of Assam, after his death.

In 1988 audrey accepts the nomination of Goodwill ambassador
for unicef at age 60
She took trips to bangladesh, the sudan, Ethiopia, El salvador,
vietnam, somalia and other places as well.
The first place she visited as ambassador was ethiopia-
her main concern there was obtaining vitimans to prevent blindness in the children
She took time off of unicef- to make her last film- always-
in 1989.
